And we want to keep interruptions to a minimum, so since 1993, Westin Hotels & Resorts has revolutionised the way guests services were provided worldwide through a programme called Service Express®. Whether you need a midnight snack, a laundry pick-up or your suit pressed, you can take care of everything with just one touch on your in-room phone.

The ‘One Call Does It All’ concept maximises Westin's productivity and efficiency by training hotel employees to perform multiple functions and improving the timeliness and quality of services provided to guests. Service Express® operates through a command centre where guests' telephoned requests are answered and dispatched via radio units to mobile Service Express® associates. This system allows the associates to complete multiple tasks, such as delivering meals and picking up dry cleaning, in one trip rather than performing each task separately. Other service requests may include wake up calls, luggage assistance, maintenance, iron and ironing board delivery, and meal and fitness reservations.
