Westin Workout® Fitness Studio Open Weekend 2014
Get back on track with your fitness goals and kick off the autumn season with Westin Workout®.
The Westin Workout® Fitness Studio will be organizing an Open Weekend on Saturday 11th October and Sunday 12th October 2014 from 7am till 9pm.
Guests can take advantage of two full days of FREE use of all the facilities including the indoor pool, saunas, steam rooms and the Fitness Studio featuring cardio machines, free weights, and strength training machines. Our professional fitness staff will be glad to guide you and help you with any further assistance.
Moreover the Westin Workout® Fitness Studio will introduce its new Westin Piloxing® class, a workout combining high-intensity boxing and Pilates, on Sunday 12th October at 11am.
In addition to that, the following aerobic classes will be held during this open weekend free of charge:

Westin Bootcamp: Cardiovascular & Muscular fitness will be challenged in this circuit-style session, using body weight, plyometric and resistance exercises. The instructor will vary the class format for motivation and fun!
WestinFit : Functional Intense Training. A combination of Cardio (Cycling), Core and Dance. This is a fun and intense body workout that guarantees rapid results through individually challenging levels.
Westin Ride BYO: Bring your own tracks of choice to add to selected class tracks, to take us through a cycling journey to strengthen your cardiac and tonality fitness as you ride hills and planes to the sound of your choice of music and managed resistance.
Westin Tone: This class is a perfect workout, based on various strength, endurance and resistance exercises. This session will help you shape & trim Abs, Glutes and Thigh muscles, a great lower body workout
Westin Yoga: Westin Yoga is a vigorous fitness-based yoga class that gives a healthy dose of Aerobic, Physical & Mental benefits. Muscle toning and weight loss are some of the advantages of this style of yoga.
Westin Intense: This class takes participants through a series of cardio and strength exercises with relatively brief rests in between intervals. It’s fast paced, motivational and fun. A great class for effective results!
Westin Pilates: A sequence of controlled movement to strengthen the core muscles of the body that works on skeletal alignment and balance capacity.
Westin PILOXING®: A workout that combines high-intensity boxing and Pilates that blasts calories, tones your muscles & strengthens your core. A great workout for a positive self-image!
