FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR – TERRACE RESTAURANT

The prospective candidate will be supporting the Restaurant Manager in managing effectively the Restaurant through direct supervision of the associates, in order to reach the departmental objectives and to provide an excellent service where guests’ expectations are exceeded and standards are consistently maintained.  Other duties include assisting the Restaurant Manager in supervising, leading, and coaching associates in carrying out their duties.

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

  • Relevant work experience in a similar role, together with a related qualification
  • Leadership skills
  • Good communication skills including fluency in English and preferably in other languages
  • Computer Literacy 

GENERAL CASHIER

The vacancy of General Cashier is currently available within the Accounts Department. Reporting to the Assistant Financial Controller, this position’s main responsibilities include:

  • To collect all monies deposited in the drop safe
  • To reconcile the daily cash and credit card transactions
  • To deposit all monies promptly in the bank
  • To effect petty cash payments and provide change to all cashiers
  • To prepare cash receipts reports
  • To prepare journal vouchers for petty cash and cash receipts
  • To ensure adequate control over foreign exchange

In performing the cashiering function of the resort, the successful applicant must meet the following requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Mathematically competent
  • Computer Literacy, particularly Microsoft excel
  • Organized and meticulous in carrying out his/her work

RUSSIAN SPEAKING - FRONT OFFICE AGENT

The successful candidate will be focused on providing efficient service and on creating memorable experiences by making emotional connections with all of our guests, with strong focus on Russian guests. In this position, the Agent will have a direct impact on the overall experience of our hotel guests and will be responsible for ensuring maximum satisfaction from the moment guests arrive at the hotel until they check out.

In performing this role, the successful applicant must meet the following requirements:

  • Fluency in English and in the Russian language
  • Sound communication skills
  • Having a friendly and welcoming attitude
  • Computer Literacy
  • Preferably in possession of a Diploma in Hospitality/Accommodation Operations or equivalent
  • Previous work experience in a similar role

SERVICE EXPRESS ATTENDANT

The main function of the Service Express Attendant is to provide efficient and accurate delivery and pick up of items to and from guest rooms, as directed by the Service Express Command Centre in order to deliver outstanding guest service.

Duties and responsibilities include in-room dining, luggage services, greeting and escorting arriving and departing guests to and from their room, responding to guest inquiries and requests in an efficient and friendly manner and ensuring that newspapers, packages and amenities are delivered to guest rooms in a timely manner.

In performing this role, the successful applicant must meet the following requirements:

  • Having an outgoing Personality
  • Sound communication skills
  • Fluency in English and preferably in other languages
  • Basic Food & Beverage Knowledge
  • Basic IT knowledge will be considered an asset

ORVM LOUNGE AND BAR SERVER

The ORVM Lounge and Bar is a lively modern counterpoint to the resort's refined classical ambience.  Its extensive menu includes a vast selection of dishes from Mediterranean fare to authentic sushi and healthy, organic options.  The bar also boasts the best in international wines and spirits.

The selected applicant will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience that exceeds our guests’ expectations by offering prompt, professional, yet friendly and courteous service in a tranquil and relaxing environment.

In performing this role, the successful applicant must meet the following requirements:

  • Strong communication skills together with fluency in English and preferably in other languages
  • Previous work experience in Food & Beverage/ Restaurants

FRONT OFFICE AGENT

The selected candidate will be focusing on providing efficient service and on creating memorable experiences by making emotional connections with all our guests. In this position, the agent will have a direct impact on the overall experience of our hotel guests and will be responsible for ensuring maximum satisfaction from the moment guests arrive at the hotel until the moment they check out. 

 In performing this role, the successful applicant must meet the following requirements:    

  • Preferably in possession of a Diploma in Hospitality / Accommodation Operations or equivalent
  • Friendly and welcoming attitude
  • Sound communication skills
  • Fluency in English and in other languages
  • Computer literacy
  • Previous work experience in a hotel reception will be considered an asset

HOUSEKEEPING ROOM ATTENDANTS

The selected candidates will be responsible for cleaning guest Rooms in accordance with brand and hotel standards to allow a sufficient quantity of vacant and clean rooms, in order to ensure a safe and clean experience to our guests.  Candidates must be able to interact with guests in a courteous and friendly manner and to respond to guests’ questions, provide guest assistance and information as requested.

Ideally applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Outgoing personality
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Previous work experience in hospitality will be considered an asset

PUBLIC AREA ATTENDANTS

Selected candidates will be responsible for keeping the resort’s public facilities including the lobby, front desk, restaurants and restrooms in a neat and clean condition.  Chosen candidates might be requested to deliver miscellaneous goods and supplies to guest rooms or guest floors and to move furniture, supplies or equipment.
 
Ideally applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Outgoing personality
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Previous work experience in hospitality will be considered an asset.
