Payment per session Euro 8.00 or Package of 20 sessions Euro 120.00 to be used in 6 months.
Classes must be Pre-booked at least 1 hour before commencement of the class.
A minimum of 3 persons over the age of 16 years are required for the class to be held.
It is important to arrive 10 minutes prior to the class in order to join in.
Late comers will not be allowed to join the class for their own safety and not to disturb the class.

Abs, Legs, Bums: Exercises to strengthen buttocks, thighs, abdominals and lower back
Power Yoga:
The basics of Power Yoga, is a vigorous fitness-based yoga class that gives a healthy dose of aerobic, physical and mental benefits. Muscle toning and weight loss are some of the advantages of this style of yoga.
Spin Sensation: Get ready for the ride of your life! A super fast workout which will ensure maximum energy, great fun and the best high calorie fat burning exercise.
Aqua Fun: It is an immensely enjoyable form of exercise which makes uses of the natural resistance and buoyancy of water to provide a low-impact workout that is both fun and effective. It is suitable for all ages and different levels of fitness.
Pilates: A focus on fundamental controlled movements to strengthen the core muscle structure and body natural alignment with controlled breathing.
Cardio Combo: A high intensity interval training class, with a combination of body conditioning targeting upper/lower body & abs all at the same time.
Cyc - Tone Combination of indoor cycling, upper body tone and full body aerobics moves, a vibrant mix of aerobics endurance and toning
Zumba: Latin Rhythms and easy to follow.  Moves create a one of a kind fitness programme. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms areCombined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. 
Circuit Training: This class is a mixture of cardiovascular and resistance training with variable levels of difficulties to cater for all ages. Using as many muscle groups as possible in each exercise makes this class an ideal fat-burning / toning session.
Spinning: The Spinning class simulates an outdoor ride, increase cardiovascular capacity by combining strength, endurance and interval training with cadence control. Build’s a strong lower body and torches loads of calories while having fun with uplifting music in an energizing class.
Turbo Kick: This full body workout will make you burn calories, sculpt your core by combining sport specific drills, intervals, boxing, kickboxing moves and a mind/body influenced cool down to give you the ultimate cardiovascular and strength workout. Suitable for all fitness levels, a workout you wound not want to miss
Tone it up: An overall body workout with special emphasis on toning the lower body.
Westin Pump: Progressive systematic loading of free weights and body bars on specific muscle groups for strengthening the entire body.
